Clinton is a licensed attorney who has gained extensive experience in estate planning, taxation, probate and trust administration while working for two prominent estate planning and settlement law firms. Clinton has a strong background in tax law and earned a Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Taxation at the University of Denver�s Graduate Tax Program in 2002. Understanding how the tax laws can affect a family�s inheritance can be vital in properly preparing an estate plan and administering one�s estate. In addition, Clinton co-wrote and co-presented a seminar on trust administration titled �Practical Aspects of Trust Administration in Colorado� for the National Business Institute.
