Deepti Panchawagh-Jain

Ms. Deepti Panchawagh-Jain�s practice concentrates on patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio development & management, and intellectual property counseling. Ms. Panchawagh-Jain represents high-technology companies, and has experience in a wide range of technology areas including computer software, computer hardware, electronics, client-server systems, and signal processing. She is a member of the California Bar, and is registered as a patent attorney to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Panchawagh-Jain received her undergraduate education at Princeton University, graduating cum laude with a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering in 1994. At Princeton, she was admitted to Tau Beta Pi, an engineering honor society, and to Sigma Xi, a science and engineering honor society. In 1995, she obtained an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. She then worked at Oracle as an engineer before attending law school at Boalt Hall, at UC Berkeley. While in law school, Ms. Panchawagh-Jain served as editor on the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She also worked at Limbach & Limbach LLP, and Fenwick & West LLP. After graduating with a J.D. in 1999, she joined Fenwick & West LLP. Last year, Ms. Panchawagh-Jain has started her own practice. Logitech, Inc. is a client that she is extensively working with, strategically developing and managing their patent portfolio.
