Respected Sir/Madam,
I humbly submit that I am very much interested to do research relating to legal aspects in biological area. It is to be noted that the several countries are doing research relating to Human Genome Project, Cloning, Anti Sense Genes in cancer therapy, Human Organ Transplantations, Stem cell research etc. However, there has to be made harmless. Hence, while doing research other parameters should be taken in to consideration.
It is further stated that some peculiar circumstances, the methods of research can also be registered under the Intellectual Property rights.
It is pertinent to point out that the Medical aspects are playing vital role in Forensic sciences, viz. Brain Mapping, nacro analysis, finger printing, DNA test etc. however, these tests are done in legal area for the purpose of evidence. Hence, the accuracy of the evidentiary value of the above said tests should be clarified. This can be done only by way of research.
Hence, it is requested that you may kindly provide the details in this regard. I always ready to associate/assist you. If any particular problem or question to be given, I will take all efforts to do research in that regard and I will submit the report to you within stipulated period.
Yours truly,
S.Dhayaleswaran.
