Eric Falk

For the past ten years, Eric Falk has personally represented clients who have been charged with misdemeanors and felonies through out the State of Florida. Eric�s main focus while defending his clients is to make sure that all of their rights under the law are protected and making sure they are afforded a fair trial. Eric�s personal commitment to each and every one of his clients combined with his legal experience assures his clients that they are getting competent legal representation. Eric Falk is a member of the bar in the State of Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District and Southern District of Florida, as well as the Dade County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and is an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association.
