Qualified in all local general district and state circuit & appellate courts, federal courts & U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Special Education hearing officer for over 25 years. Domestic relations, juvenile guardianships and criminal representation, uncontested and contested divorce actions, child support issues, equitable distribution issues, partition of marital assets, step-parent adoptions, private adoptions,in addition to traffic and misdemeanor representation in all local courts. As a state administrative hearing officer, she has managed employee grievance hearings, social service revocation of license hearings, DOQ water use permit hearings, & police officer grievance hearings. As a hearing officer for the State Department of Rehabilitative Services, she has managed hearings for mentally or physically handicapped individuals who challenge actions of the DRS.
