Eric Zard

Eric Zard�s practice focuses on federal and state class actions, representing plaintiff classes in major consumer fraud, product liability, securities fraud, and insurance sales practices cases and other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Zard received his law degree from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he served as an Associate Editor for the University of St. Thomas Law Journal, authored �Patentability of Human Genetic Information: Exploring Ethical Dilemmas Within the Patent Office and Biotechnology's Clash with the Public Good,� 6 U. Saint Thomas L.J. 486 (Winter 2009), and was a member of the 2008-09 University of Saint Thomas Regional Negotiation Team. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Zard received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, College of Biological Sciences. Mr. Zard is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Mr. Zard is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Litigation and Young Lawyers Division), the State Bar of Arizona, and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
