I have prosecuted and defended, as lead counsel, civil actions in numerous fields, with specialties in the areas of products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, worker�s compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, employment law, school law, municipal liability and police officer liability. I have tried numerous cases in all court divisions of State and Federal Courts of North Carolina, and have had cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. I currently do both plaintiff and defense work in the same areas of practice, as well as USERRA claims, in the same jurisdictions.
