Gregory Wagner

I was born and raised in Daytona Beach and have work in Volusia and Flagler county for over 30 years. I handle all types of criminal case from Drug Trafficking to DUI, Probation violations, juvenile law,Traffic tickets, Domestic violence. In addition to criminal cases, I have handled several hundred Auto accident cases involving serious bodily injury or Motorcycle / car collision cases. I am a member of the FACDL and Association of Trial Lawyers as well as local Bar Association.I participate in many charitable orginizations such as Teen Court and Family Renew Community where I served as President fo two years. I recentlywas recognized by the Florida Bar as a Finalist for the 2012 Jane Shaeffer Outstanding Homeless Advocate Award.I have been married for 27 years and I have 3 children, my oldest son , Jacob is a first year student and hopefully will be the 3rd generation of lawyers in the Wagner family.
