I am a Settlement Judge for Nevada Supreme Court; a Mediator and Arbitrator at The American Arbitration Association; a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; a Mediator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority; A member of the Construction Specifications Institute and a Board member of the Nevada and Federal Bar Associations ADR Committees.
