JAMES E. HARRIS Jim Harris is engaged primarily in the practice of Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation litigation, including serious industrial, construction and truck accidents, defective and dangerous products, injuries to children, legal and medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims. He represents clients suffering from serious and catastrophic injuries such as quadriplegia, paraplegia and other severe spinal conditions, amputations, burns and traumatic brain injuries. ADMITTED: He is admitted to practice before all Nebraska State Courts and the U.S. District for the District of Nebraska Court, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
