Robert Kaiden

Robert Kaiden, Esq. is a member of Kaiden & Kaiden, LLC, a law firm representing Georgia consumers since 1999. Mr. Kaiden has been practicing consumer law for over 21 years, representing Georgians in a variety of consumer transactions. The firm represents consumers (the little guy) who have been harassed or sued by debt collectors, credit card companies, harmed by inaccurate credit reporting or credit card billing, and victimized by identity theft. The law firm also represents consumers that have been deceived in new or used automobile sales and leases, rent-to-own agreements and extended service warranties. In addition, the firm represents consumers in disputes concerning assistive technologies such as wheel chairs, adjustable beds, hearing aids, dentures, etc. Mr. Kaiden graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California where he earned his B.A. degree, and Western State University in Fullerton, California where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.
