Joyce Krutick Craig

Joyce Krutick Craig spent 27 years as a U.S. Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration hearing and deciding disability cases and Medicare claims before CMS began its own Administrative Law Judge corps before retiring to start her health law practice. She holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M in health law and policy from Seton Hall University School of Law. Attorney Krutick Craig has published several articles, testified before Congress on numerous occasions, taught many continuing judicial education programs and continuing legal education programs. She is available to handle your health law matters including Medicare appeals, and is also available to mediate and/or arbitrate health law disputes including Health Care Fraud, Credentialing, peer review, physician group practice issues, hospital operation issues, physician and staff employment issues, elder law/end of life issues, disability insurance issues.
