Mahesh Gupta

I was earlier a Professor of Medicine at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, and the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, where I was also the Dean. I graduated in law from Delhi university in the year 2000. I joined the bar in 2001. I got my Master's in Law, LL.M., in 2003. I am member, Supreme Court Bar Association, and Indian Law Institute. As an advocate, my specialty is Medico-legal practice with special focus on medical negligence. I am the chief editor of the journal "Docland Times", which is devoted to health and law issues. I practice at Delhi High Court and the three tiers of Consumer Courts in Delhi and nearby states [District Forums, State Commissions and National Commission].
