Shaye Marc

Mr. Shaye is acknowledged as a leading environmental, health and safety (OSHA) attorney. He is familiar with complex litigation and technical matters relating to a broad range of environmental and work place issues. He has represented clients in various jurisdictions around the United States. He has published books and articles on the subject matter and has taught seminars relating to environmental as well as safety and health topics in the United States and in Europe. Mr. Shaye is also versed in toxic torts matters and can assist clients with concerns ranging from regulatory compliance to remediation of contamination. Mr. Shaye has acted in the capacity of expert witness in complex litigation.
