Mina Sirkin

The firm's practice is limited to the following areas: Estate Planning, Trust Law, Probate, Conservatorships and Guardianships. Our offices are located in Los Angeles County, in the cities of Woodland Hills, West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach and Irvine. Mina Sirkin is a Certified Specialist in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, and Whittier College School of Law. Additionally, she has also earned a Masters of Taxation Degree from Goldengate University School of Law. Ms. Sirkin is a member of the California State Bar, the Estate Planning Sections of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She writes a regular monthly column in the Not Born Yesterday regarding Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Laws in California.
