general and domestic mediation. Effective December 1, 2001,
I retired from a part-time position with the Jefferson County Attorney's Office,
after 18 years as the Mental Inquest and Disability Division Chief, to devote
more time to my private practice and to my children. I was admitted to
practice law in Kentucky in 1976. I have since been admitted to practice
in the following courts:Supreme Court of the United States (1982);
U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit (1981); U.S. District Court, Western
District of Kentucky (1977); U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1984).
