Norman Nadel
Norman Nadel, Esq.
Attorneys in Firm – 1My practice has focused on providing legal services to family corporations and encompasses business start-up problems, incorporation, financing, shareholder agreements, commercial transactions, purchase and sale of business assets, personnel agreements, deferred compensation, transfer of management and ownership to younger family members and wealth preservation. More recently I have concentrated on estate planning, will and trust preparation and probate matters. I hold a Masters degree in Law (Taxation) from New York University School of Law and furnish income tax and estate tax advice to clients. I am admitted to practice before all of the courts in New York, the Courts of Appeals in the Second and Third Circuits, Federal District Courts and the United States Tax Court. I do not seek to conduct litigation except in the United States Tax Court and appeals of decisions of that court.
