Peter Barlow

Peter H. Barlow is a founding member of Barlow & Fisher. Mr. Barlow received a B.A. Degree from Brigham Young University in 1993 and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1997. Mr. Barlow is admitted to practice in all Utah courts, both Federal and State. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the Utah Trial Lawyers Association (UTLA), and the American Bar Association. Mr. Barlow�s practice is dedicated to personal injury and wrongful death cases in the fields of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, workplace injury, and motor vehicle accidents. He also practices in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, and mechanics lien law. Mr Barlow has tried and negotiated a number of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation cases in State and Federal courts. He has also successfully appealed cases to the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
