Peter Brehm

Peter C. Brehm earned his Juris Doctor cum laude and his Master of Laws and Taxation from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. Peter served as General Counsel for Midwest Casualty Insurance Company until July 1998, when he formed the law firm Peter C. Brehm and Associates in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been named a Rising Star in Small and Closely Held Businesses by Law and Politics magazine. In addition to his role as general counsel for several closely-held businesses, Peter advises clients on issues relating to estate planning, business succession planning and other tax related areas. He has represented companies and selling shareholders in ESOP transactions. Peter is a member of the Minnesota State and United States District Court Bars.
