Cal Potter

Cal Potter is an AV rated trial attorney who has practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 30 years representing people who have suffered personal injuries, wrongful death or who have been charged with crimes like domestic violence, DUIs and felony crimes. Mr. Potter is one of the few attorneys in the State of Nevada who has obtained a million dollar civil verdict as well as a not guilty verdict in a first degree murder case. He also obtained a not guilty verdict in the Federal Court in Las Vegas on a hand to hand sale of 20 kilos of cocaine on an entrapment defense. Cal Potter served on the Plaintiff's committee in the MGM Grand Fire Litigation while working with famed attorneys F. Lee Bailey and Aaron J. Broder. Mr. Potter was also co-counsel with Melvin Belli, Sr. in the Tailhook Litigation involving the Hilton Hotel and Navy Pilots. Mr. Potter has argued a death penalty case before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC. and the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
