Founded in 2002 by Derek Potts, The Potts Law Firm is committed to aggressively representing those who have been wronged by the negligence, misconduct, or fraud of others from coast to coast. The firm is composed of outstanding trial attorneys with decades of trial experience which we put to use for every client of the firm. Since most clients which we represent have complex injuries and legal problems, we strive to provide a team approach to every case with multiple lawyers and staff members focused on each case. Our litigation and trial experience includes cases involving pharmaceutical liability, medical device liability, consumer and business fraud, class actions, serious personal injuries, medical malpractice, product liability, and environmental contamination. In fact, we have been involved in landmark lawsuits, jury trials and verdicts on both a local and national scale.
