LeAnn Rhodes

LeAnn M. Rhodes is a partner in Rhodes & Rogel, P.A., Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Her principal areas of practice are general commercial litigation, including construction law practice, and representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers for both private projects and state and federal construction projects. This representation has included arbitration, litigation, mediation and negotiation, as well as, contract drafting and review, collections, project administration, project close-out, scheduling and claims analysis. LeAnn is a member of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Industry, and has received several awards and honors for her legal achievments, including the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts, the American Jurisprudence Award for Commercial Law, and induction in Who's Who of American Lawyers.
