Rosella Shackelford

My practice is primarily family law and children's advocacy; however, I do deal with all manner of problems for those who are economically challenged. I live in Clarksville and I also teach paralegal studies at Draughons Community College which has a campus in Clarksville. I am a member of the Amercian Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Henry County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, the Montgomery County Downtown Business Association, the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, the Henry County Downtown Business Association. I also sit on the Executive Council of the Section on Children and Juvenile Law Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association and a sub-committee thereof for State Juvenile Court study. I do not specialize in any area certified by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education
