Scott Beller

Scott M. Beller has been practicing in the area of immigration law for 20 years. Lisa Nosek joined as an associate in 1999. Our practice has included family-based and employment-based immigration, as well as deportation defense work. We have also worked with nonimmigrant (temporary) visas, including: visitors, students, treaty traders and investors, professional workers (H1B), exchange visitors, intra-company transferees, religious leaders, athletes and entertainers.
