Mr. Shah received his B.A. cum laude in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine in 1997. He earned his Juris Doctorate with distinction from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2000, where he was a winner of the American Jurisprudence Award for legal research and writing and a semi-finalist in the Moot Court Oral Argument Competition.
Mr. Shah is an avid sports fan. He enjoys watching and playing football, basketball, baseball, and golf.
Samir I. Sheth, Esq. - is a partner at the law firm of Shah Sheth, LLP. Before opening his own firm, Mr. Sheth was an associate at the law firm of Awad & Awad in Glendale, California where he practiced general civil litigation, focusing on Personal Injury Law, Real Estate matters, Commercial Disputes, and Contract and Lease Reviews, and practices the same in his new firm.
Mr. Sheth has expanded his practice to include various Family Law matters and some Criminal Defense issues.
Mr. Sheth earned his B.A. magna cum laude in International Business and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2003, where he was a winner of the American Jurisprudence Award for Marital Property and Remedies.
Mr. Sheth is also an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching and playing sports, including basketball and golf. He enjoys creative writing and hopes to publish a book someday.
