I have also enjoyed a successful personal injury practice, winning several record verdicts. As a judge, I have criminal and administrative law experience. As a POST certified police officer, I have worked in the jails and served on the street. As both a lawyer and a judge, I am familiar with trial techniques and procedure. I have argued before numerous appellate bodies and have a thorough understanding of the way the process works. I have always been interested in interpreting the laws of our State and those of the Constitution in the pursuit of justice .
