Joseph Burcke

Joseph R. Burcke's legal practice focuses upon estate planning, trust & estate administration and probate litigation. He provides advice to clients upon the appropriate use of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, non-probate beneficiary designations, and other legal techniques to maintain client control of assets while avoiding the expense and inconvenience probate court processes in the event of disability and death. He also advises clients on asset protection planning and medicaid qualification strategies. Additionally, he helps clients minimize income tax and estate tax consequences through appropriate legal and investment strategies, the purpose of which is are to assure asset preservation and growth through deferral and/or minimization of taxes over multiple generations.
