Wm. Bruce Davis

Mr. Davis focuses his law practice on small and emerging-growth companies and on technology law, developing solutions to the myriad of legal issues arising from the emerging digital economy. He has worked with businesses on mergers and acquisitions; private placements of securities; securities offerings for public held companies; corporate organization and governance; state securities laws; and joint ventures. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Davis was employed for twelve years in engineering, software and product marketing for a number of Silicon Valley-based computer, data communication and software companies. He has also worked as an e-Business strategy consultant, assisting companies in preparing comprehensive strategies to effectively align their business to realize the benefits offered by e-Business. He is a regular columnist with The Cincinnati Business Courier on technology issues and a frequent speaker at local, regional and national conferences on e-Business topics.
