Stephen Worrall

Stephen M. Worrall is an experienced family law and wills, trusts and estate planning attorney in Marietta, Georgia. He concentrates his practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, adoption, prenuptial agreements, domestication of foreign decrees, child custody, child support, property division, alimony modification, contempt, enforcement of judgments, domestic violence and name changes, as well as drafting wills, trusts, guardianships, advance directives and other estate planning and probate matters, and he practices primarily in the Superior and Probate Courts in the metropolitan Atlanta area, including Cobb County, Fulton County, Bartow County, Paulding County, DeKalb County and Gwinnett County, among others, and he is admitted to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in the State of Georgia. Mr. Worrall graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983. He practiced in the Buckhead area of Atlanta from 1983 until 1995, when he moved his office to his hometown suburb in Marietta. He is a member of the Family Law sections of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. He is presently serving as President of the Cobb County Bar Association Family Law Section. He is married and has three children. He is an Atlanta native and has lived in Cobb County all of his life. He is active in community arts organizations.
