Attorneys in Firm – 1We are a small firm providing comprehensive legal care for Seniors and the Disabled. Our practice is exclusively devoted to representation for government benefits. Our Elder law services include long-term care planning, Medicaid planning, nursing home rights and estate planning for seniors or those with disabilities. We assist disabled clients with obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance and/or Supplemental Security Income. In some cases, we also represent disabled clients in claims for Medical Assistance for the Disabled (MAD) through North Carolina Medicaid. We also represent Veterans in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).
We serve clients throughout Northwestern North Carolina, including Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Cabarrus, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Rowan, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes, Watagua, and Yadkin counties. In addition to our Lewisville office, we offer regular meetings in North Wilkesboro, Salisbury and Sparta, North Carolina. For long-term care and elder law planning, we can arrange to visit at your home or at an area nursing facility, if necessary.
