Todd Epp

Todd D. Epp practices primarily in intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, technology transfer, computer and Internet, etc.) media law, entertainment law, and employment. He also engages in general busienss practice and lobbying. He has a B.A. in English and history from Washburn University of Topeka, a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, and a LL.M. in intellectual property law from the University of Houston Law Center. Todd is admitted to practice law in South Dakota, Kansas, the Western District of Missouri, District of Colorado, and Eastern District of Michigan, Federal District Court, and the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Courts. He is also a former television reporter, anchor, producer, and manager. Todd is also a freelance writer and photographer, with works appearing in the Washington Post, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Kansas City Star, Kansas History, and South Dakota History.
