Vaseem Hadi

I practice general civil litigation, with concentrations in medical malpractice, commercial litigation and employment law. In May, 2007, I served as a CLE speaker on insurance law trends at the Ohio State Bar Association annual convention. I am currently under contract with LEXIS-NEXIS to author a seven chapater AnswerGuide on Ohio negligence law, which is scheduled for national publication in the Fall, 2008. I have successfully represented clients in common pleas courts throughout the state, in numerous Ohio courts of appeals, and persuaded the Ohio Supreme Court to review a case involving the scope of Civil Rule 41(A) dismissal rights. I have been particularly successful on pretrial dispositive motions. My articles on legal trends have been published through the Cincinnati Bar Association journal and the Rendigs client newsletter. I graduated from law school in 2002, cum laude, and have been named an Ohio Rising Star Super Lawyer for 2005, 2006, and 2007.
