David Weilbacher, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Attorneys in Firm – 1I have participated in 30+ trials as civil defense counsel. I have significant first chair trial experience, and I have obtained multiple defense verdicts. My litigation experience has been in the areas of medical malpractice litigation, nursing home negligence litigation, business transactions, and personal injury.
In addition to litigation, I provide a broad spectrum of legal services including business law, criminal defense, domestic relations, wills, trusts, estate planning, and medical peer review defense.
In addition to my traditional legal services, I also provide training and in-service presentations for residential property managers regarding Landlord-Tenant issues. The in-service presentations can cover any topic of particular interest to a company, or can be a general presentation regarding the most common issues that arise in the Landlord-Tenant relationship. I perform evictions for large and small scale landlords and property managers.
Finally, I have a deed preparation service. My team of deed preparers have over 50 years of combined experience. I have served a diverse collection of title companies throughout my career, and I am constantly looking for ways to better serve them. My office typically turns deed requests around in 24 hours and can deliver the documents in Word, PDF and hardcopy. Requests can be received by facsimile or email, and I am currently developing a web based program that will increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
