William Welch

Mr. Welch has been an attorney since 1993, and he concentrates his practice in criminal defense. For more than seven years he worked at the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore, Maryland. He has represented juveniles and adults, whose cases have involved misdemeanors and felonies. Their charges have included serious traffic (such as driving on a suspended license and driving while intoxicated), possession of narcotics, simple assault, drug distribution, conspiracy, serious assault, and murder.
