Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
according to family trust, it states that i can remove a trustee by writing a letter. what do i need to file that with the court and how can i be granted a fee waiver for filing ?

Trusts are generally set up to be self executing to avoid having to go to court. If the trust says you can remove a trustee by writing a letter, as unusual as that would be, just write the letter. The court need not be involved.
