Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
i have an agricultural land in survey no: 274a to an extent of 3 acres in my pass book. it is an inherent property from my grand father. Recently survey has been done and it is found that i am enjoying only 0.44 acres. rest of the land is in some others enjoyment. They are unmilling to hand over my piece of land to me. Can I get my piece of land from them legally? if so what to do and how to get it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to lodge a complaint to the Tehsildar / District Registrar seeking clarification on the demarcation, survey, allocation and allotment of the land belonging to you, along with explanation and reasons thereof.
Regards,
