Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
We have appointed a CSA - Consignee sales Agent in Delhi and we are invoicing on his VAT no and DL no. , but in the invoice we are mentioning as our Company Name and down his firm name mentioning as Consignee sales agenct for our company.
We are taking the payment in our Campany name , as per law is it legal and advisable .

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are not following the legally correct practice. Since the Invoice is in you name, you need to have a Drug License and VAT No in your Company's name.
