Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am a bank officer under suspension since 13/02/2010. departmental inquiry was concluded in May 2012 with submission of inquiry report. observations of Disciplinary Authority have been conveyed in writing to me in Jun 2012. Decision regarding punishment/ revocation of suspension is still pending wt DA's end. How long can the DA keep it pending legally?
