i have buyed a flat in thane and flat is attached with a terrace holding 650sqft of area and i have to build 2bed rooms on it what permission what permision i need & from whom

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need the written approval of the Society and the Thane Municipal Corporation for constructing the two rooms in the terrace.
