Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
*** In case a complainant first lodges complaint with Banking Mohtasib Pakistan against the bank regarding fraudulent withdrawal of his funds from bank account and later on got register FIR in FIA Banking Circle then please advise where will be the case proceeded either at BMP or FIA or parallel at FIA & BMP. In case it is legal/under the law for proceeding of case with both agencies/institution then who's decision would be binding upon bank FIA or BMP.
