Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am chairman of one of society in Ahmedabad of Gujarat state. Our society secretary is having British citizenship. So I want to know is it legally allowed to keep him as a secretary as he is NRI being British citizen and having British passport. As of my knowledge, if person is not only Indian citizen, he can not stay on any top position. Similar case happened with Sonia Gandhi in 2004.
