Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
i was cheated by a man who said that he can increase my marks in collage exams for some money.can i file a case on him for my money back? because he is not giving my money back and giving me dates.i have recording of his voice in my phone.and there are some of my freind who are inlcuded in this fraud case as a victim

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge a Police complaint and say that the man being in urgent need of money borrowed money from you promising to return it back within a week but has failed to do so. Let the Police intervene to amicably resolve the matter.
