Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
If somebody has given several cheque of a propreitorship firm for guarntee and he had not taken any money from that person after two month he had given bank a letter to stop the payment of the cheque issued by him and the person who owns the cheque had filled the cheqe with some amount and presented tobank and after it he has given legal notice to the person that pls clear the dues what will then happen the second person will have to p rove taht he has given money or not in writing or he have to do nothing

Dear Sir / Madam,
The person who issued the cheques is liable to prove that he does not owe the other person to whom the cheques were given any sum of money.
