One of My client want to start a business for Lucky Draw & Lottery in the state of Gujarat, I therefore want to know the all legal aspect and all the acts prevails and registration / license applicable for Lucky Draw and Lottery

The provisions of Chit Fund Act are applicable in case of lucky draw and lottery. You need to register a company and then take permission from the chit fund commissioner.
