Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear sir,
I am working in Income Tax Dept as a Multi Tasking Staff (group 'c' non gazetted, previously it is group D). I have joined joined in the dept is Jan 18, 2012 (it is 2010 batch). Actually I am asking what is recently income tax department announced for cadre restructure in that all the cadres got new recruitment rules each and every cadre except multi tasking staff(MTS) is getting promotion within 3 years but only the Multi Task in Staff will get promotion is 5 year. So, my opinion is govt of India, DoPT and Income Tax dept is not showing equality. Sir, I want to go about this issue to the Central Administrative Tribunal for justification so how I file the case against Govt of india, DoPT and Income Tax Dept. If I files the case is any effect to my job and how much money I have to spend for this case. Also requesting you to tell me if any chance is there for free of cost to file the case.
Thanking you sir.

before filing a case file a representation in the department. This can be done by a group of people also if they do not accept your demands then approach the CAT. If you want equality with other department you will need to step on a few toes and if you want to please the bosses then dont complain and accept their decision. for further query contact 9312411481.
