Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Sir
I was working as a General Manager in a MNC since I was a whistle blower. I was terminated without enquiry & without notice. I have written to companies ethics line but i did not get any help.Now I want to sue the company for which I have approached a lawyer in Bangalore. My total claim is coming to 12 lakhs,for which the court fee is coming to 760000.Please advice if this is alright or is there any way I can approach with out paying such a high court fee as I am without job from last six months.

HOW CAN THERE BE COURT FEE OF MORE THAN 7 LAC ON THE AMT OF 12 LACS, if it is delhi then only seven to eight thousand need to be paid for a claim of 12 lacs.
