Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am working for a NGO, I resigned on March 31st but re-joined (cancelled my resignation) back in the same organization after three months. My Office has not submitted form 10 to the PF Office and also for 3 months PF amount was not credited. Even though I resigned, I kept working for the same organization as a Volunteer in the same position. Presently, I have joined back again, can I continue in the same PF account number although while filing online, my status was showed as 'Resinged'..Kindly advise. Thank you!

1) PF a/c No remains the same. U wont get 3 months PF after resignation.
