Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam I'm Working In One Pvt Company Located In Bangalore,And My workplace Is Coimbatore Under The Management of Bangalore company., In Coimbatore i'm seated in Our group company we don't have a separate office, Now I Have One Doubt The Leaves Are Applicable To Me In Unit Basis (Bangalore) Or Location (Coimbatore)Basis...they doesn't mention my leave details in appointment letter..Pls Clarify me ..In Bangalore 2nd & 4Th Saturday leave incl of all my units Delhi,Mumbai, Karnataka. I'm only suffer by this problem my salary also 26 days others salary also 26 days but actually they are working only 24 days ..pls clarify me..

Hi sir/madam, you go through as per terms and conditions of your appointment letter, if any breach the said terms and conditions by the your company, you have every right to question it by writing, if not give satisfactorly answer you have to give one representation to the concerned Labour Officer for the same, he can do something in your side...best of luck... if any help please call me on mobile phone which is mentioned in the Lawguru.com website ...
