Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
Secretary and Managing committe were not accepting my letters and providing acknowledgement. I have waited for 6 months post that i have raised all my concerns to Deputy Registrar of Society. Now they bound to respond so they have responded my queries for the sake they have answer but there was no concrete solutions provided by them. Kindly advise should i need to contact Deputy Registrar of society once again addressing the response received from Society but not convinced?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you can request the Deputy Registrar to summon the Secretary and question him in front of you in his Office.
