Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
A with Degree in engineering and B with AMIE are at s no 1 &2 . Now B at S.no 2 is promoted ahead of A due to roster point.and A is promoted later.Now both these A &B are in common seniority list for next promotion. Who will be promoted first A or B?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If B continues to remain ahead of A on roster points, B will again be promoted ahead of A in the next promotion.
